Co Thao Tom Ca is always ready to listen to and handle any customer complaints related to product quality and service.

Processing time:

All complaints will be received and handled promptly within a maximum of 03 (three) working days from the time the information is received. In force majeure cases, both parties will discuss and agree on the most appropriate solution.

Return conditions:

For cases involving shipping issues or incorrect products, the product must remain sealed and in its original packaging.

For quality-related complaints, customers are requested to provide feedback within 24 hours of receiving the order, and retain most of the product in its original condition so that the kitchen can inspect it and propose an appropriate resolution.

Support policy:

Each order is eligible for return or exchange support a maximum of one time.

Co Thao Tom Ca Kitchen will cover 100% of the two-way shipping costs in cases where products are damaged, broken, or missing due to errors caused by the kitchen or the shipping provider. Customers are kindly requested to provide clear photos or videos of the product condition immediately upon receipt.

If customers wish to exchange for a different product for reasons not caused by the kitchen, they are requested to pay the two-way shipping costs and any price difference (if any).

In cases where the return or exchange process encounters objective difficulties, the kitchen may flexibly offer a refund corresponding to the order value.
