Payment Methods

Cash on Delivery (COD):

1. Customers are kindly requested to carefully check the product packaging, ensure that the correct items have been delivered, and confirm that the goods remain intact, with no spills, breakage, or damage caused during transportation.
2. After confirming that the goods meet the required standards, customers may pay the amount shown on the invoice directly to the delivery staff.

Bank Transfer:

1. At the checkout page, the system will provide detailed bank account information together with a QR code corresponding to the order.
2. Customers are kindly requested to complete the payment via their banking app to finalize the order. Once the transfer is successfully confirmed, the kitchen will begin preparing the order and arrange delivery.

In-store Payment:

Applicable to customers who purchase and take away directly at Co Thao Tom Ca branches.
