Delivery Policy

At Co Thao Tom Ca, we understand that soy-marinated seafood requires strict temperature control and timely delivery to preserve its freshness and flavor.

Service area:

We serve all areas within Ho Chi Minh City, including Thu Duc City and both inner and outer districts.

We also support delivery to selected nearby areas in the Southern and Central provinces. Please contact our Hotline/Fanpage for advice on the most suitable delivery route.

Order processing:

Orders are received and processed immediately after customers place them through our system.

Order confirmation:

Once the order has been fully prepared, a Co Thao Tom Ca staff member will contact the customer directly to reconfirm the order details, delivery address, and delivery time. The order will only be dispatched after confirmation has been received from the customer.

Delivery time:

Estimated delivery time is 30-120 minutes for inner-city areas, calculated from the time the order is completed, in order to ensure the food maintains its optimal cold temperature and freshness.

Packaging standards:

Products are carefully and securely packed in specialized packaging to ensure safety and hygiene throughout the delivery process.

Notes:

For rice combo orders, we use standard packaging to ensure convenience for quick meals.

For individual dishes, large-quantity orders, or combo orders, the kitchen will proactively include insulated bags and gel ice packs to maintain the ideal temperature for the seafood throughout transportation.

Shipping fee:

Our system has integrated a detailed shipping fee table.

Once customers enter their full delivery address on the checkout page, the shipping fee will be automatically calculated and added to the total order value for easy review before completing the order.
